半乳糖氧化酶在大肠癌诊断中的应用价值

摘　　要：本文应用单乳糖氧化酶—雪夫液方法、在结肠直肠癌50例,腺瘤48例,异型增生2例,结肠直肠癌切界10例石蜡切片中,显示出异常双糖,阳性率高达94％。癌旁粘膜亦呈不同程度阳性、对照组均呈阴性。GO试纸肛检粘液异常双糖检测,受检200例中在己知组阳性(5/5)100％(己状结肠癌1例、直肠癌3例、直肠腺瘤1例);门诊组阳性(6/26)23.01％(直肠癌及腺瘤各1例假阳性4例);体检组阳性(3/169)1.77％(直肠癌1例,假阳性;2例)。本组在癌及非癌检出的敏感性100％,特异性96.87％,阳性予示值57.14％、阴性予检值100％。With Galatose Oxidose schiff sequele (GO - S) method, B - D - Ga B(1-3) Ga | NAG (GGN) were shown in 50 cases of colon rectal carcin-oma, 48 ca-ses of adenoma, 2 cases of heterotypic hyperplasia and 10 cases ofparaffin section on the incisal edge of colon rectal carcinoma.The positiverate was 94%.The control group was all negative.GGN in the rectal mucuswere examined with Go test paper in 200 subjects.The sensitivity was 100%.The specificity was 96.87%.The positive prediction value was 57.14%.Thenegative pre-liminary detection value was 100%.False positine rate was only 3.12%.It is suggested that GO-S and GO test paper method maybe simple and of high sensitivity and a new method to screen and diagnose early in carcinoma of large in-testine
