菠(艹棱)子平喘作用的实验研究

摘　　要：作者通过试验,初次证实,菠(艹棱)子能解除由组胺引起的豚鼠离体支气管平滑肌痉挛,有解痉平喘作用。其中以911(0.25ml/ml浓度)作用最显著。Through the experimental study of effect of the spinacia oleraccal on the spasm of the brochial smooth muscle of guinea pigs which was induced by histamine in vitro.we first verified that spinacia oleraccal had the spasmolysis and antiasthmatic effect,and 911 (one extrac from spinacia oleraccal) had the most significant effects at the concerntration of 0.25ml/ml among the extracts of spinacia oleraccal.
