摘 要:应用薄层等电聚焦方法对新疆不同地区绵羊和黄牛细粒棘球蚴原头节可溶性蛋白组分进行了比较分析。在阿勒泰和伊犁牛源标本之间没有发现明显区别。在和田、阿勒泰和乌鲁木齐绵羊源标本之间有比较显著的差别.其中除阿勒泰绵羊源标本与同一地区的牛源标本之间较为接近外,和田与乌鲁木齐的绵羊源标本与牛源标本之间差别明显。实验结果提示:新疆细粒棘球绦虫的和田绵羊源、北疆绵羊源和北疆牛源之间在原头节可溶性蛋白等电聚焦上有明显的差别。A comparative analysis of soluble proteins from protoscolices of Echinococcus granulosus of different origin from Xinjiang was carried out by the method of thin layer isoelectric focus- ing.No significant differences between samples of cattle origin from Ili and Altay were demonstrated.Characteristic protein profiles were found in samples of sheep origin from Hotan,Altay and Urumqi,respectively.Except that the protein profile of samples of sheep origin from Altay was relatively close to that of cattle origin from the same area,the charac- teristics in isoelectric focusing of samples of sheep origin form Hotan and Urumqi were markedly different from those of cattle origin from the two areas.The results suggested that there probably exist three strains of E.granulosus in Xinjiang:the Hotan strain of sheep o- rigin,the north Xinjiang strain of sheep origin and the north Xinjiang strain of ttle origin.
