摘  要:应用细粒棘球绦虫单克隆抗体2F1对我国三个不同地区来源的多房棘球绦虫原头节抗原组分进行了免疫印渍分析.试验结果表明在三个多房棘球绦虫样本之间存在着明显的区别。细粒棘球绦虫单克隆抗体2F1所识别的抗原表位在三个多房棘球绦虫样本中分布于分子量不同的肽链上;在分子量相同的肽链上,表位的密度也不相同;其中宁夏样本出现的抗原抗体反应带较多,这说明我国三个不同地区的多房棘球绦虫在抗原性及抗原表位的分布上存在着差别.作者认为单克隆抗体免疫探针在棘球属绦虫抗原分类研究中有很高的应用价值.Immunoblot analysis of protoscoleces of Echinococcus multilocularis isolated from Xin- jiang,Ningxia and Sichuan was carried out using the MeAb 2F1 against cyst fluid antigen of E.granulosus as immune probe.The result reveared clear distinction among the three E. multilocularis isolates and between isolates of E.multiloculatis and E.granulosus,indicating that antigenic epitopes recognized by 2F1 were distributed on peptid chains with different molecular weight in these three isolates of E.multilocularis.On peptid chains with same molecular weight,the epitopes differed in density,as reflected by the presence or abcence of and the densness and thiness of zones in immunoblot profiles.This experimental result demonstrated that the use of McAb as immune probe is instrumental in antigen classification of Echinococcus tapeworms and showed the presence of difference in antigen distribution of E.multilocularis from the three regions of this country.
