摘 要:作者测定了41例不同程度肾功能损害的肾脏疾病患者(男22,女19)血清PRL水平,同时测定了男性患者的FSH,LH、T水平,并与20例同龄男性正常人PRL、LH、FSH、T水平进行了比较。结果发现肾脏疾病患者PRL水平升高,其中尿毒症期患者PRL升高显著。男性尿毒症患者除PRL水平明显升高外,LH也有升高,T水平则明显降低,且与肾功能损害程度有关。PRL水平与T水平呈负相关。5例男性尿毒症患者CAPD后未发现PRL、LH、FSH、T水平有明显变化。Blood PRL was measured withRIA in 22 males and 19 females with vari-ous degrees of renal insufficiency. At thesame time, blood LH, FSH, testosterone werestudied in all the male patients and 20 sex-age matched healthy subjects. The resultsshowed that the levels of PRL and LH wereincreased, and the level of testosterone wasdecreased significantly in male uremic pa-tients. There was a signifcant negative cor-relation between PRL and testosterone. All the above parameters were measur-ed again 8-25 days after continuous ambu-latory peritoneal dialysis (CAPD) therapyin 5 male uremic patients. The BUN and Crlevels decreased and the clinical manifes-tations of uremia improved. but the levelsof PRL, LH,FSH and testosterone showedno significant changes. The mechanisms ofthese variations were discussed.
