摘　　要：取4至10月龄的胎儿大脑Broca氏区的皮质进行组织学切片,尼氏染色,显微镜观察。发现:随着胎儿大脑的发育,Broca氏区皮质的厚度逐渐增加,这种增加呈快慢交替的变化;胎儿发育到8月龄,才见比较典型的锥体细胞和出现比较典型的皮质六层结构;自8至10月龄,随着月龄的增加,Broca氏区皮质第Ⅲ层锥体细胞的体积逐渐增大,密度逐渐减少。The histological structure from 21 human fetuses about the 4th to 10th month gestation were studied.Nissl's staining were employed for the microscopic examination.The results were as fol- lows:the six layers of the cerebral cortex of Broca's area in the 8th month human embryo was distinct.with the development of the brain,the thickness of the cortex in the Broca's area is get- ting thicker.But these changes month by month were not equal.From the 8th to 10th month em- bryo,the volume of pyramidal cells in the third layer was gradually getting bigger and its density was gradually getting smaller.
