摘　　要：本文用放光法测定了66例产妇血及羊水中雌、孕激素水平。结果表明:(1) 40例产力正常产妇血中的雌二醇(E_2)、雌三醇(E_3)孕酮(P)、E_2/P及E_3/P值与26例产力难产者比较差异无显著性(P>0.05),而羊水中除孕酮外,其余四项指标在产力难产组均较产力正常组低、具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。(2)羊水中E_2、E_3、E_2/P及E_3/P值与宫缩力kPas之间皆具有显著相关。提示,羊水中雌激素和雌/孕值参与子宫收缩的调控,雌激素及雌/孕值低可能与产力难产发生有关。The levels of estradiol (E_2) , estriol (E_3) and progesterone (P)in the peripheral blood and the aminiotic fluid were measured by radioimmunassy in 66 unselected women in spontaneous labour. It Was observed that (1) There were no significant intergroup diffrences in the concentration of E_2. E_3 and P in the blood between group in normal uterine activity and group in functional dystocia. The levels of E_2、E_3、E_2/P and E_3/P ratio in the aminiotic fluid, however, differed significantly, being lower in the latter (P<0.05)(2) The levels of E and E/P ratio in the aminiotic fluid are positively related to active contraction area. These findings suggest that the local levels of E and E/P ratio might take part in the regulation of myometrial act ivity. the lower levels E/P ratro in the aminiotic fluid may be associated With functional dystocia.
