麦芽对哺乳期母鼠乳腺的作用

摘　　要：本文观察了不同炮制麦芽对哺乳期母鼠乳腺的作用。从产子鼠日开始,对母鼠给药,折合生药每日25～33.5g/kg,连续10天。结果,生麦芽组的子鼠体重比炒、焦麦芽及对照组的增长快,有显著差异(P<0.05)。该组母鼠血清催乳素水平高,与其他组比较,也有统计学意义(p<0.05)。组织形态学观察,该组母鼠乳腺腺泡扩张及乳汁充盈程度也强于其他组。表明生麦芽有催乳作用,炮制后的麦芽则作用减弱。In the present study,the effect of different processing malta on mice mammary gland in lactation period was observed.The mother mice were abministrated,equal crude drug 33.5g/kg/d,for 10 days after parturition.The results were that the weight increasing was faster in the crube malta group's newborn mice than the in the sauteed,burnt malta and control group's ones,and was significantily difference (p<0.05).It was also found that the serum PRL level of this group's mother mice was significantly rised after the abministration of crude malta than other groups' (p<0.05).Histomorphology of the mammary gland acinus dilation and milk-filling degree of this group's mother mice were also very obvious.The results showed that crude malta to the mammary gland in lactation period of tho mother mice had promote lactation effect and such an effect was reduced,due to the processing to crude drug.
