摘 要:本文调查了苏州河底泥微生物污染情况。调查结果苏州河底需氧性细菌数为3.6×10~7pfu/mI.需氧芽胞菌数2.2×10~6pfu/mI.厌氧菌散为5.6×10~6pfu/m1.河水中菌数与底泥相仿。据总大肠菌群及粪大肠菌群测定结果,底泥与河水均遭粪便严重污染.底泥各层粪便污染指标菌的分布随底泥深度增加而减少.但至2m (从泥表面算起)深度仍有25%左右样品属于中等以上程度的污染。从苏州河中分离到埃森氏沙门氏菌、阿贡纳沙门氏菌等以及不凝集弧菌。黄浦江近苏州河出口处水.泥污染情况不亚于苏州河。模拟试验说明,当船只行驶或其它方式搅动时.底泥中的微生物可以进入水中。Microbial pollution in the Su Zhou River sludge Was investigazed. The results are as follows:(1). The total becterial counts. aerobic sporing bacteria and anaerobic bacteria were 3.5×10~7. 2.2×10~6 and 5.6×10~6pfu/ml, respectively. (2). Both sludge and water of the river were seriously polluted by total coliforms and fecal coliforms. (3). With the increasement of the depth of the sludge, the pollution degrees of total coliforms and fecal coliforms decreased, but even to the depth of 2m, 25.0% of the siudge were moderately polluted. (4). A variety of salmonella spp. was found in the river.
