摘  要:对野生长爪沙鼠进行系列实验动物化研究;用乙醚浅麻醉法解决了交配时的殴斗伤亡问题;肯定了一雄一雌频密繁殖法的优点:测定了心、肝、肾、脾等主要脏器重量,发现野生的略大于驯化的;光、电镜检查发现,肾近端小管曲部的细胞基底有明显的基底纹;还测定了26项血清生化值及13项血液细胞的数据;其T淋巴细胞平均值为63.3±2.0;心电图V导联最典型,S-T段缺如,其电激动过程与人相似。The wild Mongolian gerbil has been domesticated for experimental utilization.Shallow anaesthesia by ether is used to prevent fighting injury in mating.It is ascertained that high-frequent reproduction method is reliable with one male and one female.Weight of some important organs such as heart, kidney, liver ane spleen were measured. The weight of these organs in wild animals is heavier than those in domesticated ones.The weight ratio of spleen to whole body of the Mongolian gerbil is lower than those of rat and mouse.Renal morphology is examined with light and electronic micros-copes: well developed microvilli and large number of mitochondria were found in cells of proximal convoluted tubule and the basal striae are obvious. Twenty six serum biochemical parameters and thirteen indices of blood cells were determined. The average of T lymphocytes is 68.3±2.0.The most typical electrocardiogram is at V leads.There no S-T segment.The process of electric excitation in animal is similar to that of human being. The above data showed that the Mongolian gerbil can be used as an experimental animal.
