摘　　要：用猴逆转D型病毒1型(SRV-1)接种幼龄恒河猴8只,先后出现猴艾滋病的症状和体征,以及免疫学、病毒学和病理学改变.根据猴艾滋病的病程、症状、血液、免疫功能、病毒分离、抗体出现和病变,文献上将猴艾滋病模型分为3个类型,即致死型,迁延型,恢复型.本文根据中和抗体滴度和持续病毒血症增加感染型艾滋病,并将淋巴结活检病变分为五个型,可作为病程预后的观察参考指标.猴艾滋病模型将为进一步研究猴和人艾滋病提供基础.The SAIDS model was established by intravenous iroculation with SRV -1 liquid cilture in eight jaivenile Rhesus monkeys. According to the liter-at are and clinical symptoms and signs, virological, pathological and im-munological changes of SADS, there are three types oi SAIDS in experiment: fatal, persistent and recovery. Besides those we proposed the fourth infected type based on the low titer of neutralized antibody and persistent viremia. Five types of lymph node changes in SAIDS, which may be considered to be histopathological prognosis of SAIDS. The SAIDS model would be a good subject for human AIDS and SAIDS research.
