不同动物地理区小家鼠遗传特性的研究

摘　　要：本文用同工酶电泳法和微量细胞毒法对从中国动物地理Ⅰ区,Ⅲ区和Ⅶ区采集来的36只小家鼠进行了遗传特性的研究。发现不同地理区的小家鼠在某些位点上有着不同的遗传组成,而分属于古北界和东洋界的小家鼠更有着显著的差异.本文还讨论了小家鼠亚种分化的迁移路线,国际上对小家鼠遗传特性所作的研究和对中国各动物地理区小家鼠做进一步调查研究的意义.The genetic character of Mus musclus in three zoogeographical regions of China ( Moh, Man & Men ) was studied by the authors with biochemical rmarkers and microcytotoxicity test. The results indicated: It showed diffe- rentiation among three colonies in different zoogeographical regions and the mice in Dongyang kingdom showed special genetic character from the mice in Gubei kingdom. The authors also discussed the migration route of subspe-cies differentiation of Mus musculus, the research for genetic character of Mus musculus in abroad and the importance of further investigation for Mus musculus in different zoogeographical regions of China.
