摘　　要：将1例BALB/c小鼠自发性乳腺癌移植到同品系小鼠皮下获成功并连续鼠间传代21代,共移植小鼠234只,成活率达100%,无自发消退现象。该瘤的移植成功率高,潜伏期短且相对稳定,肿瘤生长迅速,实验周期短;脾脏进行性肿大,脾系数与瘤系数呈明显正相关;有高发的自发性肺转移特点;长期传代维持高转移率不变。该移植瘤动物模型的建立对研究肿瘤转移的机制和宿主与肿瘤的关系有一定意义。A spontaneously developed mammary carcinoma in a BALB/c mouse was succ-essfully serially transplanted subcutaneously into the same strain mice for 21 generations。Totally there were 234 animals transplanted,and the transplanta-bility was found to be 100%. The tumor showed no spontaneous disappearance. Studies about the Characteristics of growth and metastasis illustrated that the transplantability was high, the latent period comparatively short and stable, the developement rapid, and the occurrence of spontaneous lung metastasis frequent (in our work it was 100%)。 Its expression of highly metastatic rate was found to be not influenced by the animal sex.The establish-ment of this tumor model is considered to be useful for studying metasta-tic mechanism of tumor and the relationship between the tumor and its host.
