摘　　要：实验结果表明:感染了小鼠白血病病毒的L783V/3T3细胞的形态和生长方式未发生改变,细胞周期各时相细胞比例无明显变化,软琼脂培养未形成集落,制备国L783V/3T3的无细胞提取液,接种于昆明种新生乳鼠,能诱发淋巴细胞白血病。这说明,L783小鼠白血病病毒基因组中不含有致癌病毒基因,此病毒属于慢性致瘤性逆转录病毒。The biological characteristics of L783V/3T3 cell line were investigated. It was demonstrated that L783V/3T3 cells had no morphological and growth changes and no colonies formed in soft agar medium. Lymphocytic leukemia could be induced by inoculation of cell-free extracts from L783V/3T3 cells into Kunming strain newborn mice. The results indicated that there was no oncogene in L783-MuLV genome, L783-MuLV belonged to slow oncogenic virus.
