烤瓷熔附钛合金技术在前牙修复中的临床应用研究

摘　　要：目的评价烤瓷熔附钛合金技术在前牙修复中的临床效果。方法对84例患者共254个前牙进行烤瓷熔附钛合金冠桥修复,并进行3个月至2年随访研究。复查修复体颜色,形态,颈缘变色,颈缘密合度,牙龈状况和瓷损坏。结果烤瓷冠表面颜色的满意率92.8%,解剖形态的优秀率91.1%,颈缘变色优秀率91.7%,颈缘密合度优秀率88.7%,牙龈状况优秀率94.6%,瓷损坏1.2%,优秀率99.4%。总计颜色不满意7.2%,颈缘变色8.3%,瓷损坏1.2%。结论烤瓷熔附的钛合金技术在前牙修复中的临床效果满意。Objcctives:To evaluate the clinical effect of fusing and attaching ceramics to titanium alloy in labial teeth restoration. Methods:254 teeth from 84 patients had the crown bridges repaired by using ceramics fused and attached to titanium alloy. The follow up visits were taken for three months to two years variably,and the color and form of prosthesis, color of cervical margin,the sealing degree of cervical margin,the state of gingiva and the damage to porcelain were rechecked.Results:The satisfaction rate of ceramics crown superficial color is 92.8%,excellence rate of anatomy state 91.1%,excellence rate of non decolour in cervical margin 91.7%,excellence rate of sealing degree in cervical margin 88.7%,excellence rate of gingival state 94.6%,damage rate 1.2%and excellence rate 99.4%. The non satisfaction rate to color is 7.2%,cervical margin decolour rate is 8.3%and porcelain damage rate is 1.2%.Conclusion:The clinical effect is satisfying of fusing and attaching ceramics to titanium alloy in tabial teeth restoration.
