摘　　要：从1987年11月至1989年12月,我院使用国产JT-ESWL-Ⅱ型碎石机,对肾结石1208例病人(1509次治疗)进行治疗。首次碎石率为82.4%,而结合腔内泌尿外科技术则为100%,我们根据肾结石的总面积作为判断结石治疗的难易;并对复杂性肾结石的标准和石巷的预防和处理进行了讨论。Between Nov. 1987 to Dec. 1989,1208 cases of renal stones (1509 treatments) were treated using a domestically made JT-ESWL-Ⅱ lithotriptor in our hospital. The fragmentation rate of stones in single procedure was 82. 4%, while it was combined with endourological technique. The fragmentation rate was 100%. According to the total area of stones in the kidney, we could judge the difficulties in treatment. The diagnostic standard for complex renal stone and the prevention and treatment of stonestreet are discussed.
