456例壮族胎儿头围、胸围、腹围的外测量研究

摘　　要：作者对百色地区456例13周～36周壮族胎儿的头围、胸围与腹围进行外测,接受精龄分组及分性别进行统计学处理,结果所测项目均随胎龄的增长而增加,增长速度男性大于女性,经相关回归分析,其头围、胸围、腹围与受精龄之间有着很好的线性回归关系,相关系数均选0.99以上,并分别得出预测方程。External pelivimetry on the circumferences of head, chest and abdomenwas carried out in 456 thirteen to thirty-six week old fetuses. The fertility age and sexes were calculated statistically. The result revealed that as the fetuses grew, the data of the items measured increased andthe rate of growth was higher in male than in female. By correlationand regression analysis, there was good linear regression relationshipbetween the circumference of head, chest and ab- domen and the fertilityage. Correlation coefficient was over 0.99 and prediction equationswere calculated, respectively.
