广西百色地区462例壮族正常胎儿上、下肢长的测量分析

摘　　要：对百色地区12周～36周的462例壮族正常胎儿上、下肢长测量结果,表明其上下肢长均随胎龄的增长而增长,两者与胎龄均呈直线正相关(p<0.01),部分周龄的上下肢长亦有左右不等者,但经t检验差异无显著性,胎儿的不同时期其生长速度呈明显的阶段性,由于诸多因素,同一周龄的上或下肢长,其最大值和最小值也有较大差异。The length of upper and lower limbs of 462 twelve-thirty week oldfetuses were measured. The result showed that the length of upper andlower limbs in- creased as the fetuses grew. Both the upper and lower limbsand gestational age showed positive linear correlation(P<0.01). The growth speed of the fetuses in different stages was periodical. Because of many factors, the maximum and minimum length of upper and lowerlimbs varried greatly in fetuses of the same week age.
