摘　　要：Becker muscular dystrophy (BMD)is a common X-linked recessive neuromuscular disorder which affects 3- 6/10~5 of newborn boys. BMD is characterized by a milder clinical course, longer life and later onset as compared with Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD). BMD and DMD are located in the same locus and are considered to be allelic.
