法鲁氏四联症65例二维超声心动图分析

摘　　要：本文通过由二维超声心动图(2DE)检查确定的65例法鲁氏四联症(TOF)病例与手术后诊断作对照分析,证明2DE改变对TOF的诊断具有很高的符合率,达96. 9％。而且具有无创、安全、操作简便、可复性强等特点,因而具有重要的临床实用价值,较心导管造影等介入性检查手段具有更多的优越性。This article has proved through the control analysis of 65 cases of TOF (Tetralogy of Fallot) diagnosed by 2DE (two-dimension echocardiography) compared with postoperation that there is a higher coincidental rate to diagnose TOF by 2DE (up to 96.92%) .The diagnosis of 2DE is noted not only for its noniavasive,safety,simplicity of operation,high repetion etc,but also for its important practical value.Besides there in more superiority than cardiac catheterization and cardioangiography.Therefore, if a fow cases of TOF.which are diagnosed unsuccessfully by 2DE,can cooperatively be dingnosed by selectivity dextrocardioangiography,the diagnostic accuracy of TOF would be helpfully enhanced.
