电热毯对青年人的血压和心电图的影响

摘　　要：作者通过对20名健康青年学生,其中男性10名,女性10名,平均龄23.5岁年。连续30天整夜使用电热毯前后的血象、血液流变学、血压及心电图进行了检测。实验结果表明:持续电热毯前后该年龄组血象和血液流变学无显著性差异(P>0.05),而血压明显下降(P<0.01),心电图标准导联Ⅱ、R波明显升高(P<0.01)。提示电热毯对青年人血象、血液流变学无明显影响,但可引起血压扣心电导联ⅡR波的变化。The hemogram, hemorheology, blood pressure as well as electrocadiogram of 20 healthy young students(10 male and 10 female,average aged 23.5) were examined before and after their using EWP all night for 30 daysin succession. The results showed that the hemogram and hemorheology didn't change much (P>0.05) before and after using EWP, but the blood pressure decreased significantly (P<0.01) and the wave of R(electrocardio standard leadii, ESLⅡ) rose obviously (P<0.01), the experimental results indicated that there was no significant effect of EWP on the hemogram and hemorheol ogy in the young, but it could cause the changes of the blood pressure and the wave ofR(ESLⅡ).
