牡丹江地区支气管哮喘变应原的探讨

摘　　要：本文对1989年诊治的144例牡丹江地区支气管哮喘病人的致敏原、脱敏疗效进行了探讨和分析。经过吸入性过敏原皮试结果,呈阳性反应达14种之多,其中屋尘阳性率为54.9％、多价霉菌I为46.8％、多价霉菌Ⅱ为34.2％、螨为46.3％。经特异性脱敏治疗总有效率为82.01％。The paper mainly analysed the sensitinogenof clesensiti zation therapy of 144 cases which, occured in brochial asthma patients in Mudanjiang area in 1989.As the result of inhalation sensitinogen skin test, the positive reaction offers more than 14 kinds. Among the 14 kinds, the positive rate of dermatophagoides is 54.9%, polyvalent fungus Ⅰ is 46.8%, and polyraent fungus Ⅱ is 34.2 % and acarid is 46. 8%. After the specific desensitzation therapy, the totalef fc tive rate is 82.0%.
