摘　　要：本文报告了带真皮下血管网的皮片临床修复皮肤缺损的一组病例,移植皮片全部成活,外形较好。并对使用皮片的适应症和技术问题进行了探讨。This paper reported a group cases of skin laceration repaired by grafted skin with conserved vascular network of subermal layer All the grafted siins survived and apperances were much better The indications and techaignes of the operafioa have also been probed in the paper
