三种体表心电图在预激综合征旁道定位的应用

摘　　要：用三种体表心电图在窦性心律时对预激旁道定位与心内电生理或心外膜标测旁道26例病人分析对比,结果显示三种体表心电图对旁道定位准确性在90％左右,因此可根据以上三种体表心电图对旁道的定位结果,在手术中对重点区域可重复重点标测从而缩短手术时间。This paper Presents the analysis and comnparison of results of preex-citation bypass location and enbocardially electrophysiological examinationor eptcardial mapping by-pass by means of three Rinds of body surfaceelectrocardiogram for tolal twenty-six cases patients when sinus rhythemsoccour to them The data show that the accuracy of three kinds of bodySurface electrocardiogram for bypass location is about minty percent,there-fore on the basis of above-metiored reswlts we can repeatedly map themajor points of key portions for patients,so that operation time couldbe shortened
