人血清及脑脊液髓鞘硷性蛋白放射免疫测定的临床意义

摘　　要：本文采用放射免疫分析法测定了各种神经系统疾病患者的血清标本90例,脑脊液标本61例,发现急性脑血管病、脱髓鞘疾病患者血清和脑脊液中 MBP 的阳性率较其它神经疾病患者高(P<0.05)。结合临床资料分析测定结果表明,在前两种疾病,血清和脑脊液中 MBP 水平高低可反映病情轻重和病情早晚,并有一定辅助诊断价值。Serum and CSF levels of myelin basic protein(MBP)were measnred in 90 and61 patients respectivly with various neurological diseases by RIA.positive tests ofserum and CSF showed that the cerebrovascular disease group and demyelinationdiseases group had highes MBP levele than other neurological diseases group(P<0.05).The levels of serum and CSF MBP were found to be correlated with these-verity of clinical signs and the clinical course of diseases in cerebrovascular dise-ases and demyelination diseases,they were of some diagnostic value.
