458例隧道民工晚发性矽肺的分析

摘　　要：本文对我区某县曾参加抢修襄渝铁路隧道工、返乡脱尘数年后的2912名民工中,确诊的468例晚发矽肺病情况进行了分析。结果发现,矽肺发病率高(15.72％)、发病年龄轻(35.3岁)、接尘工龄短(1.4)以风钻工最多(81.44％)、矽肺合并结核患病率高达(20.74％),患者生存年限短(6.91年)等特点。The paper investigated 2912 workmen who had worked in tunnels for building XiangyuRailway and broken away from silieious dust for years and found 151 cases sufferedfrom pneumosilicosis with late attack By analysis come snch results the in cidency ofthe case a counts for 15;72% Age averages 35.3 years The eases companyiny with silicotuberculosis acount for 20.74 the ration of cases in drillers is 81.44% among workmen;And the short survival time averages 6.91 years.
