早期乳腺癌的保守性手术加放疗

摘　　要：用保守性小手术加放疗治疗早期乳腺癌在欧美已成为常规方法之一,近年国内也在兴起此种疗法。西安医科大学一附院从1984年10月至1987年9月用此法治疗早期乳腺癌22例,结果如下。 材料与方法 一、全组为女性,22例,年龄29～68岁,中位年龄44岁。绝经前期17例,绝经后期5例。 二、期别:Ⅰ期19例,Ⅱ期3例。 三、病理分类:乳腺单纯癌14例。From 1984 to 1987, 22 patients with early breast cancer (19 Stage Ⅰ and 3 Stage Ⅱ)were treated by conservative surgery plus radical radiation therapy in our hospital. For surgery, local tumor excision was done in 13, segmental resection in 8 and quadrant resection plus axillary lymphadenectomy in 1. For radiothe-rapy, 50 Gy By telecobalt was first delivered to the breast and axillary areas then a local boost of 15 Gy was given to the primary site by X-rays. The axillary and internal mammary chains also received a local boost of 10 Gy. The 5-year survival rate was 85% with satisfactory cosmetic results in most cases. The complications are few and 20 patients have resumed their full working ability. Four patients have been reoperated, revealing inflammatory granuloma in 1 and recurrence in 3.
