摘  要:在广泛研究MISO的基础上,英美学者相继合成了RSU-1069,SR-2508及R<sub>0</sub>-03-8799。前者放射增敏效果优于Miso,但毒性相应Miso大10倍,后两者毒性虽然低于或等于Miso。The radiosensitizing effect and cytotoxicity of 3 compounds of organic germanium (Ge) on Hela-S3 cell line were investigated, using cell colony forming assay in vitro. The results showed that ID50 was 10.92 mM, 8.56 mM, and 13.04 mM respectively for S-8927, S-8929 and S-8930. When the concentration of these compounds was 1/5 ID50, sensitive enhancement ratio (SER) of hypoxic cells was 1.34, 1.68 and 1.52 respectively. SER of 1.21, 1.61 and 1.47 were obtained for 1/10 ID50. It shows that these 3 compounds of organic germanium are very potential radiosensitizers of hypoxic cells by having low cytotoxicity and stronger effect.
