摘　　要：本文探讨了在改善非增压6V15V柴油机性能的过程中,针阀密封式出油阀供油系统参数对柴油机性能的影响。当供油速率不变,兼顾喷雾质量与喷油延续期两方面,喷孔流通截面存在着一个最佳值;讨论了柱塞直径对经济性的特殊影响;提出了在喷油泵试验台上予选供油系统参数的方法。This paper studies influences of the parameters of the fuel injectiois system with needle—sealed delivery valve on performance inprovement for 6V150 diesel engine. Whey keeping the fuel delivery rate constant, the optimal nozzle area is a compromise between spray quality and injection duration. The particular effect of plunger diameter on the fuel economy is also discussed. Finally, a method for preselecting parameters of the fuel injection system is proposed.
