摘　　要：采用外周血淋巴细胞培养技术对1754例疑有染色体异常者作染色体分析,检出异常染色体核型132例,占7.53％,涉及异常染色体有1—11、13—15、18、21—22及x共17条。本文结合临床分析,提示细胞遗传学检查对临床上有关疾病诊治起一定指导作用。1754 cases with clinically suspected abnormal chromosome were examinedwith peripheral blood lymphocyte culture technique. A mong them 132 cases(7.53％) revealed abnormal karyotypes concerned with 17 chromosomes,including 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 13, 14, 15, 18, 21, 22 and the Xchromosome. Considering the clinical study of this data, the authorssuggest that cytogenetical examinations do play an important and coun-selling role in some diseases.
