涎腺恶性混合瘤7例临床病理观察

摘　　要：观察7例涎腺恶性混合瘤的临床病理,发现涎腺恶性混合瘤多发生于40岁以上的患者。原发性恶性混合瘤与病期无关,良性混合瘤恶变则与病期有关。涎腺恶性混合瘤的组织来源可分为:①原发恶性混合瘤;②良性混合瘤恶性变;③混合瘤复发恶变。在良性混合瘤恶变的病例中发现了良恶移行状态。恶性混合瘤对放疗、冷冻不敏感,宜手术彻底切除。The results of clinicopathologic observations fn 7 cases of malignant mixed tumor of salivary glands were as follows. (1) mos(?) of the malignant mixed tumors of salivary glands often occurred in patients over 40 years old, (2) primary malignant mixed tumors not related to course of disease, (3) malignant change of benign mixed tumors were relative to the course. According to tissue sorees, the malignant mixed tu mours were divided into 3 types, such as primary malignant mixed tumors, malignant change of benign mixed tumors, and malignant change of recurrent mixed tumors. Transitions form cells were also found in the cases with malgnant change of benign mixed tumors. Because malignant mixed tumors are not sensitive to radiotherapy and cryotherapy, the radical operation is definitive and should be performed.
