大鼠二腹肌前后腹的神经支配(HRP法)

摘　　要：本实验以大鼠为实验对象,用HRP法对二腹肌前、后腹运动神经来源进行探索。发现支配二腹肌前腹的运动纤维来自三叉神经运动核的尾极腹内侧部,而且是双侧性的。而支配其后腹的运动纤维则来源于副面神经核及面神经核。The nuclei of nerve innervating digastric muscle was localized in the brain stem with the HRP method in 20 adult rats. After micro injection of HRP in to the anterior belly of the digasttic muscle, the labelled cells were found in both sides of the motor nucleus of trigeminal nerve;and injecting the HRP into the posterior belly,We Observed the labelled cells appear in the motor nucleus of facial nerve and the accessory nucleus.
