摘 要:用人和几种常用实验动物的肾皮质在镜下进行观察,并对肾小体进行形态定量学分析比较。结果,以豚鼠肾脏皮质结构较清晰,近、远端小管曲部区别明显。狗的肾小体定量分析各参数(Vv、Sv、Nv)虽与人接近,但肾小囊囊腔较狭小,近.远端小管曲部不易区分。小白鼠、大白鼠各定量参数与人的差异较大。可为不同目的的应用提供参考。The structure of renal cortex was observed under microscope and the renal corpuscle was determined quantitatively with stereological method in the guinea pig, dog, mouse, rat and rabbit. Compared these data with those of human, the authors found that in the guinea pig, their renal cortex structure more distinct too, the proximal and distal convoluted tubule lumens were clearly discernible and one could be differentiated from other; although the quantitative parameters (V_V, S_V, N_V) from the dog kidney were similar to those of human, but the Bowman's capsule lumens relatively narrow and it is not easy to distinguish the proximal convoluted tuble lumen from distal; the quantitative parameters from the mouse and rat were obviously different from those of human.These results supply references for different application.
