摘　　要：目的:找出失败原因,寻求安全可靠的"肉泡眼"治疗方法。方法:通过再次手术,探索肉泡眼解剖特点,针对其解剖特点,术中切除上睑眼轮匝肌下脂肪垫,减少眶内容物,完成重睑。结果:20例患者,疗效满意,上睑手术纠正,术后外观自然,效果理想。结论:切除上睑眼轮匝肌下脂肪垫,去除眶内容物,在肉泡眼重睑成形修复术中是必要的。Objective:To find out the reasons and the safe,reliable method for the bubble eye double eyelid plasty. Methods:After the second operation, studying the bubble eye dissection characteristics. According to the characteristics, the removal of the fat under orbicularis muscle and the orbital contents was done to complete the double eyelid plasty. Rseults:Twenty patients gained the satisfactory result with upper eyelid correction operation and natural appearance after operation. Conclusion:The removal of the orbicularis muscle fat and the fat under the orbital septum is very important for the formation of double eyelid in the patients with bubble eye.
