三点埋线法重睑术的临床体会

摘　　要：目的:探讨三点埋线法重睑术的优缺点。方法:在上睑设计重睑线,用尼龙线通过皮肤结膜面,按照上睑下垂程度缩短上睑提肌,最后打结在皮肤面,上睑下垂得到显著改善。结果:本组20例患者,效果均好,改善明显。结论:该术式操作简单,创伤小,恢复快,效果持久自然,易被患者接受,值得推广。Objective:To investigate the advantages and disadvantages of three buried line method on upper eyelid surgery. Methods:In the upper eyelid, double eyelid line was designed, nylon line was through the skin conjunctiva surface and in accordance with the ptosis degree, levator muscle of upper eyelid was shortened. At last knot was done on skin surface, and ptosis improved significantly. Results:20 cases in the group all had good effect and obvious improvement. Conclusion:The method has the advantages of simple operation, with less trauma and quicker recovery. The effect is long lasting and natural, and is easy to be accepted by patients. So it is worthy of promotion.
