摘　　要：目的:总结了下眼袋整形术各种并发症产生的原因,提出了相应的防治建议。方法:回顾我院2年来进行的50例下眼袋整形术,分析患者产生的不同并发症原因,提出防治方法。结果:下睑外翻35例,期待疗法2例,下睑缘缝线向上牵引设置纱布加压33例,术后随访6月~2年效果满意;两侧不对称6例均于6个月后行2次手术,术后均满意;瘢痕明显4例行激光磨削术2~4次后效果满意;血肿3例术后切开探查止血,术后效果满意。下睑凹陷2例行自体脂肪移植术,术后随访1~2年效果满意。结论:下眼袋整形术并发症应最大限度的避免,一旦发生则应减少再次损伤。Objective:To summarize the cause of various complications of lower eyelid plastic surgery, and put forward the corresponding prevention and cure suggestions. Methods:Reviewing 50 cases with lower eyelid plastic operation in the last two years in the hospital, analyzing the different complication causes, and putting forward the prevention and treatment method. Results:35 patients had lower eyelid ectropion. 2 patients were treated with temporization, and 33 patients had gauze inflating allocated by lower eyelid suture pulling up. The effect was satisfactory during 6 months and 2 years follow-up; 6 patients who had asymmetric had the second operation after 6 months, with satisfaction after operation; 4 patients with significant scar had 2~4 times of laser grinning, and the satisfaction degree was good.3 patients who had hematoma were examined, and the satisfaction degree was good. 2 patients with lower eyelid sunken had autologous fat transplantation, and the result was satisfactory after 1~2 years follow-up. Conclusion:The complications of lower eyelid plastic operation should be avoided maximumly, and if the complications appear, the second injury should be avoided.
