先天性单侧唇裂红唇部的临床分型及其临床意义的探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨先天性单侧唇裂红唇部的临床分型及其临床意义。方法:根据裂隙缘健、患两侧红唇部自隙缘唇弓定点为唇峰点至干、湿红唇粘膜分界线的距离分别为健、患两侧的红唇高度,然后按其高度的差值进行分型。结果:先天性单侧唇裂红唇部的临床分型可分四型。A型:隙缘健侧唇红的高度与隙缘患侧唇红的高度等高,为等厚型。B型:隙缘健侧唇红的高度大于隙缘患侧唇红的高度,为健厚型。C型:隙缘健侧唇红的高度小于隙缘健侧唇红的高度,为患厚型。D型:隙缘健、患两侧唇红的高度不规则或过厚局部成球状等其它情况,不规则型。结论:本文唇红部的临床分型具有标志明显,分型明确,易于掌握,应用方便;特别是对红唇部修复提供可行性的参考依据,对唇裂整体修复的术前设计、术后效果提供较准确的、可比性的评估,完善唇裂修复的配套治疗。Objective:To discuss the clinical classification and its clinical significance of congenital unilateral cleft lips. Method:According to the edge of cracks healthy and unhealthy lips on both sides of the gap for fixed-point margin of the bow lips peak point to dry, wet lips from the mucosa of the line for healthy and unhealthy lips height, and then dividing them into different classification according to their degree of difference value type. Results:Congenital unilateral cleft lips of the clinical classification can be divided into four types, including A type: vermilion side of the gap edge of a high margin gap with the side of the vermilion almost a high degree of contour, and so thick type. B Type: vermilion side of the gap edge of a high margin of the gap is greater than the high side of the vermilion, Kin-thick. C type: vermilion side of the gap edge of a high margin of the gap is less than the high side of the vermilion, thick-infestation. D type: geo-gap health and unhealthy lips from both sides of the vermilion highly irregular or too thick, and other local ball into the other irregular type. Conclusion:In this paper, vermilion clinical classification has clear signs, which is easy to be grasped and applied conveniently; especially it can provide feasible reference for unilateral cleft lips, and provide the basis for the repair of cleft lip overall design of the preoperative and postoperative results, provide a more accurate assessment of the comparability, and improve the matching of the treatment of cleft lip repair.
