口腔种植修复牙列缺损的美学观察和疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:对口腔种植修复牙列缺损的美学价值研究及临床效果分析。方法:选取我院于2009年5月~2013年2月间接收治疗的100例牙列缺损种植牙修复的患者,根据患者临床资料,共植入150枚种植体,在3~6个月后种植义齿进行修复。术后随访患者的牙周软组织健康状态、种植牙美观程度以及种植牙疗效。结果:口腔种植修复牙列缺损的种植成功率为100%,取得较为满意的效果,得到疗效确切,患者牙石指数和菌斑附着指数在一级以上。结论:口腔种植修复牙列缺损效果良好,疗效确切,较为舒适美观,患者满意度高。Objective:To observe the research and clinical effect analysis of oral implant denture defect aesthetics Methods:Selecting 100 cases with dentition defect in the hospital from May, 2009 to February, 2013. According to clinical data, a total of 150 implants were implanted, after 3 to 6 months, planting denture was implanted. Periodontal tissue healthy situation, beautiful degree and dental implants were followed. Results:The growing success rate of repairing dentition defect was 100%, with more satisfactory results. Good curative effect was got, the plaque index and plaque in patients with adherent index were all over the first level. Conclusion:The oral implant prosthesis dentition defect effect is good. The curative effect is clear, and is more comfortable and beautiful. Patients’ satisfaction is high.
