强脉冲光治疗面部色素增加性皮肤病疗效评价

摘　　要：目的探究强脉冲光在临床上治疗面部色素增加性皮肤病的疗效。方法选取2011年3月~2012年4月在我院确诊为面部色素增加性皮肤病的患者110例,将其随机分为试验组和对照组,每组55例,试验组给予强脉冲光治疗,对照组给予常规面部色素增多性皮肤病的治疗,将两组数据进行统计学分析。结果试验组55例患者中治愈37例,显效13例,有效3例,无效2例,有效率为90.90%。对照组55例患者中治愈28例,显效12例,有效9例,无效6例,有效率为72.72%。将两组数据进行统计学分析,P<0.05,二者差异显著,具有统计学意义。结论强脉冲光治疗面部色素增加性皮肤病的疗效比常规治疗的疗效好,是一种比较理想的治疗方法,可在临床上推广应用。Objective To explore the strong pulse light in clinical treatment of facial pigmentation effect of skin disease. Methods From 2011 March to 2012 April in our hospital diagnosed as facial pigmentation in 110 cases of patients with skin disease, it will be randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 55 cases in each group, the experimental group was treated by intense pulsed light treatment, the control group was given conventionalfacial pigmented skin disease treatment, two sets of datastatistical analysis. Results 37 cases in experimental group werecured 55 cases, effective in 13 cases, effective 3 cases, invalid 2 cases, efficiency of 90.90%. 28 cases of control group cured 55 cases, effective in 12 cases, effective 9 cases, invalid 6 cases,efficiency of 72.72%. Two groups of data were statistically analyzed, P<0.05, the two difference is significant, with statistical significance. Conclusion Intense pulsed light treatment of facial pigmentationeffect of skin effect than conventional treatment is good, is an ideal treatment method, can be widely applied in clinical practice.
