摘　　要：目的探讨鼻-牙槽骨塑形器在婴儿期单侧完全性唇腭裂术前矫治中的应用价值。方法采用鼻-牙槽骨塑形器(PNAM)对13例单侧完全性唇腭裂患儿进行术前矫治,比较PNAM治疗前后的变化。结果 PNAM术前矫形治疗后各测量指标与治疗前相比,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PNAM治疗对于婴儿单侧完全性唇腭裂术前矫治疗效显著。Objective: To explore the application value of presurgical nasoalveolar molding in unilateral complete cleft lip and palate preoperative correction. Methods: 13 cases with unilateral complete cleft lip and palate underwent early simultaneous lip-nose-alveolar repair following presurgical nasoalveolar molding (PNAM), the changes were observed before and after treatment. Results: After PNAM therapy, the measurement indexes differences were statistically significant as compared with that before treatment (p<0.05). Conclusions: Presurgical nasoalveolar molding showed significant effect on treating unilateral complete cleft lip and palate.
