摘  要:目的评价非球面人工晶状体个体化植入术后的视觉质量。方法选择年龄相关性白内障患者68例(68眼)行白内障超声乳化吸除联合人工晶状体植入术,其中根据角膜球差植入人工晶状体的试验组36例(36眼),对照组32例(32眼),比较术后3个月两氉组患者的视力、对比敏感度和问卷调查结果。结果术后3个月,2组患者裸眼视力、最佳矫正视力比较差异均无统计学意义(均为P>0.05)。术后3个月,在暗光状态下试验组在5个空间频率下对比敏感度显著高于对照组(均为P<0.05),暗眩光条件下试验组在12.0 c·d-1、18.0 c·d-1空间频率下的对比敏感度(1.14±0.16、0.68±0.23)高于对照组(0.85±0.13、0.54±0.19),差异均有统计学意义(均为P<0.05)。在明光及明眩光下两组对比敏感度比较,差异均无统计学意义(均为P>0.05),术后不良视觉症状试验组少于对照组,满意度好于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均为P<0.05)。结论根据角膜球差个体化植入非球面人工晶状体,可以提高对比敏感度,改善视觉质量,为白内障个体化屈光手术提供了新的方法。Objective To evaluate the visual quality of corneal spherical aberration guided customized aspheric intraocular lens(IOL)implantation,Methods A total of 68 patients(68 eyes)with aged-related cataract underwent phacoemulsification and IOL implantation 36 patients(36 eyes)in the experimental group received customized aspheric IOL guided by corneal spherical aberration and 32 patients(32 eyes)in the control group.At 3 months after cataract surgery,the visual acuity contrast sensitivities function(CSF)and questionnaires in two groups were observed.Results At postoperative 3 months there was no statistical difference in uncorrected visual acuity and best corrected visual acuity between two groups(all P>0.05);M esopic CSF in the experimental group at all spatial frequencies under dark conditions were significantly better than those in the control group(all P<0.05);The mesopic CSF at 12 c·d^(-1), 18 c·d^(-1)spatial frequencies under dark glare conditions in the experimental group(1.14±0.16,0.68±0.23)were better than those in the control group(0.85±0. 13,0.54±0.19)(all P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in CSF under light and glare conditions between two groups(all P>0.05).The visual disturbances in the experimental group were less than that in the control group and patients' satisfactory degree in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Individual selection of aspheric intraocular lens can increase greater contrast sensitivities function and leads to better objective visual quality for cataract surgery.
