摘　　要：糖尿病视网膜病变是在高糖作用下经过一系列复杂的病理生理过程,最终导致视网膜微血管渗出、出血、病理性新生血管形成,已成为全球成人致盲四大主因之一。各种干细胞治疗糖尿病视网膜病变成为研究的热点。胚胎干细胞的分化不明确性和可能致瘤作用一直是未解决的关键问题。目前已经发现内皮祖细胞、间充质干细胞、造血干细胞等对视网膜微血管内皮细胞、周细胞有一定的修复作用并能抑制病理性新生血管形成,而多能成人干细胞、诱导多能成人干细胞等其他干细胞潜在的运用仍需进一步研究。总体上,干细胞治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的研究目前取得较好的进展,可能逐步运用到临床。Diabetic retinopathy(DR)have been one of the four main reasons causing blind,which undergo a series of complicated pathological processes,finally lead to retinal microvascular effusion,bleeding and pathological angiogenesis formation.Stem cells therapy for DR has been a research hotspot:However,the nondeterminacy and oncogenicity of embryonic stem cells differentiation remains unsolved for a long time. At present it shows that some cells,such as endothelial progenitor cells,mesenchymal stem cells and hematopoietic stem cells,contribute to repairing microvascular endothelial cells and pericytes,and suppressing unwanted vessel formation,while multipotent adult progenitor cells and induced pluripotent stem cells have potential therapeutic effect. Overall,the research on treatment of DR with stem cells have been well developed, which may be applied to clinical technology gradually.
