摘 要:为了减小旋回破碎机的冲击和振动,保证其平稳运转,基于旋回破碎机的结构及工作原理,对破碎机空载时的运动学和动力学进行了比较全面的分析,建立了旋回破碎机的数学模型,推导出了其运动学公式及各偏心部件的惯性力和惯性力矩的求解公式,从而计算出旋回破碎机的不平衡力以及对悬挂点的不平衡力矩。并以某旋回破碎机为例,建立其动锥和偏心套系统的虚拟样机模型,通过仿真分析其动平衡性能,验证动力学方法计算结果的准确性。In order to reduce the impact and vibration of the gyratory crusher and ensure its smooth operation,based on the structure and the working principle of the gyratory crusher, the kinematics and dynamics of the crusher in no-load mode were comprehensively analyzed. Then the mathematical model of a gyratory crusher was established, and its kinematic formulae and the formulae of computing inertia force and inertia moment of eccentric parts were derived, therefore, unbalanced force of the gyratory crusher and unbalanced moment at the pivot point were calculated. In addition, a gyratory crusher being taken as the example, virtual prototype of the moving cone and the eccentric sleeve system was established, and its dynamic balancing performance was simulated and analyzed. The results verified the correctness of the dynamic calculation method.
