摘　　要：对建构大学英语课堂管理行为指标的必要性和理论基础进行了阐述,并在此基础上建构了包括两个一级指标即行为管理和环境管理,四个二级指标即学生参与度、课堂节奏、物理环境和心理环境以及若干个观测点的课堂管理行为评价指标。This paper first discusses the necessity and theoretical basis of the construction of College English classroom management behavior indexes, and based on this, it constructs the classroom management behavior indexes, which include two first-degree indexes:behavior management and environmental management, four second-degree indexes:students’ participation, rhythm of the class, physical environment and psychological environment and a number of observation points.
