高职院校二级党校教育实效性研究

摘　　要：高职院校二级党校是入党积极分子接受教育和培养,学生党员接受再教育的有效途径。提升二级党校教育实效性,是保证党员发展质量、把握好党员发展"入口关",加强和改善大学生思想政治教育具有重要意义。本文从提升二级党校教育实效性的必要性入手,并以南京信息职业技术学院为例,在开展问卷调查的基础上,剖析了该校二级党校教育工作存在的一些问题和不足,并有针对性地提出了五点思考和对策。Higher vocational secondary school is the education and training activists, re-education of student party members in an effective way. Enhance the effectiveness of secondary school education is to ensure the quality of party members, a good grasp of the party"entrance off", strengthen and improve the ideological and political education is important. This article from the start with the need to improve secondary school education, and a case study of Nanjing Institute of information technology, in conducting the survey, based on analysis of secondary school education in the existing problems and deficiencies, and put six points on target and countermeasures.
