摘　　要：国家大力实施"硕师计划"三年来,在扶助贫困大学生、优化农村教育资源、开辟教师教育培养模式、缓解高校毕业生就业困局等方面收效显著。计划实施中,热忱渐淡、诚信危机、知识失业、成效打折的弊端与隐忧也逐渐显现。在兴利除弊中应遵循匡正观念、推崇信誉、选材恰当、培养充分、待遇优厚的原则,动情动理、善始善终地发挥好"硕师计划"的正能量。The national vigorously implement the 'master teachers plan' in three years, has effect in helping the poor college students, optimizing rural open educational resources, developing teacher education training mode, alleviating the employment predicament of college graduates. In planning,effective discount also gradually shows. We should follow the correct ideas, respect reputation, appropriately select, training, fully paid principle in order to estrous kinetic, play positive energy of 'master teachers plan'.
