摘　　要：过程方法是成熟的管理的经验和方法。在高职专业实训教学中引入IS09000标准过程方法是提高实训教学质量的有效途径和方法。根据过程方法的要求,可将实训教学过程分为收集并明确顾客需求、制订实训教学质量方针与质量目标、落实实训教学管理职责、过程识别和策划、过程控制与改进等过程。As one of the eight quality management principles of ISO9000 standard proposed, it is effective ways to introduce the Process-method in practical teaching of higher vocational education. According to its requirements, quality management system of practical teaching in higher vocational education is divided into parts:Collecting customer needs, Formulating quality policy and quality objectives, Implementation of management responsibilities, identifying and planning teaching process, control and improvement of the process.
