摘 要:随着经济的发展和跨文化交际领域的扩大,中西方饮食文化在交流、互补和兼容方面的因素不断增多。特别是人们生活节奏加快,西方快餐不断涌入我们的生活,传统的"一日三餐"越来越不为人所重视,越来越多的人正处在所谓的"亚健康"状态。与此同时,"安身之本,必资于食","药补不如食补"的中医食疗养生观念已经越来越为人们所推崇。本文结合需求层次理论,通过对中西方在饮食观念,饮食内容,特别是烹饪方法和饮食习惯等方面进行对比和分析,探讨更为有利于人们健康的科学的中医食疗养生方案,通过"吃"预防疾病,延年益寿。从而进一步弘扬中医食疗养生文化,科学养生。With the further development of global economy and cross-culture, the communication, complementation and compatility of catering culture between Western and Chinese food, and the truth that people attach more and more importance to health, people begin to realize the fact that diet cures more than doctors. The aim of this passage is to analyze the main differences between western countries and Chinese diet by contrast with the help of hierarchy theory of needs. From the concept, components of diet, especially, from the materials, taste, cooking techniques and eating habits, to explore the reasons that cause so many major differences of western and Chinese food and develop the healthier food therapy of Chinese herbal medicine for people. To reach the aim that prevent the diseases, prolong life and carry forward traditional Chinese medicine food culture
