摘　　要：教学资源储备、教职工队伍、学习平台等因素,都影响着远程教学质量。因此,要想完善远程教育学习支持服务体系,就必须从这些因素着手,还要重视学生的作业和毕业指导工作。从我国高校的教育现状和远程教育机构的条件出发,寻求行之有效的远程教育教学模式和管理模式。Teaching resources, teaching staff, learning platform and other factors, will influence the quality of distance education. Therefore, in order to improve distance education learning support service system, we must start from these factors, but also pay attention to students' homework and graduation guidance. From the point of view of education in China's universities and distance education institutions, seeking the effective distance education teaching mode and management mode.
