摘　　要：专业学位研究生教育的实施及发展,是我国研究生教育适应经济社会发展的重大改革。但长期以来形成的研究生教育模式重理论轻实践,不符合专业学位研究生教育的培养目标,应从就业面向及企业需求出发研究其知识和能力构成,并学习借鉴国内外研究生教育的成功经验,重构教育体系、创新培养模式。The implementation and development of the professional degree graduate education, is a major reform to adapt to the economic and social development. But the long form of the graduate education mode to the heavy theory and practice of light, do not meet the professional degree graduate education training target, study the knowledge and ability structure starting from the employment oriented and business needs, and learn the successful experiences from home and abroad of graduate education, reconstruct the education system, innovate training model.
